Leading thinkers and doers will explore how global business, technology, science, finance, politics, and culture, all work to shape Cayman’s economy. The Fidelity Cayman Economic Outlook (CEO) Conference is in its 14th year. This year the conference will put a spotlight on inequality, exploring the impact the separation of wealth has on the economny.
Conference moderator Jacqueline Morris says the CEO conference isn’t afraid to tackle hard topics, like this one. “We wanted to put on the table a matter which has global impact and of course has a lot of impact in the Cayman Islands” says goes on to say.
The conference will feature a number of local and international speakers. The Premier will also give his State of the Union address at the conference.
Another highlight of the conference will be a panel discussion that focus on inequality in the Cayman context.
Ms. Morris says organisers want to see all stakeholders and “facilitators of change” take part in the conference.
