Not guilty of the murder four-year-old Jeremiah Barnes – that’s the verdict from Justice Charles Quin around 12:30 pm today (Tuesday 19 January).
Devon Anglin is already serving life for the murder of Carlo Webster who was shot dead at the Next Level night club in 2009.
An appeal court ordered a retrial of the child killing after a previous not guilty verdict for Mr. Anglin.
In February 2010, a man covered by a mask and with a gun in his hand calmly approached a car on the forecourt of Hell gas station in West Bay and opened fire.
The target was suspected to be Andy Barnes but instead the gunman shot dead his four year old son Jeremiah.
