Hyman, Bellafonte to compete in the same meet

Cayman’s fastest man Kemar Hyman and his countryman Jorel Bellafonte are likely to compete in the same meet this week, at Clemson’s Bob Pollock Invitational.

It’ll be Hyman’s second meet of the season. He opened the 2016 campaign recently by finishing fifth in the 60-metre dash recently at the University of Alabama-Birmingham Vulcan Invitational. He crossed the line in 6.66 seconds.

Bellafonte has run a few times this season already. His best performances include a third-place finish in the 400 at the Orange and Purple Classic and third-place finish with his 4×400 team at the Virginia Tech Invitational.
