A woman is reportedly attacked while out jogging early Sunday morning. The RCIPS says the woman reported that the assault happened shortly before 7:00am along the Esterley Tibbetts Highway near the junction with Willie Farrington Drive.
The woman says a man ran up from behind her, grabbed her sexually and then ran off. The suspect is described as 5’6″ or slightly taller, in his early 20’s with a medium brown complexion. He was reported to be wearing all black clothing and a mask over his face.
Anyone with information is asked to call the West Bay police station on 949-3999 or Crime Stoppers on 800-TIPS. Police also advise women to exercise with a second person whenever possible.
