Plan for runway extension explained

Plans are underway to begin an extension of the runway at the Owen Roberts International Airport on Grand Cayman.

Deputy Premier and Tourism Minister Hon. Moses Kirkconnell has revealed government is putting together a request for proposals for an engineering study on the feasibility and the costs of such an undertaking.

Cayman 27’s Joe Avary joins Tammi Sulliman to explain the plans.
