Road works hit obstacles

The National Roads Authority say it’s full steam ahead on some of their projects.

Humber Avenue is expected to be paved and Completed within a week. Cayman 27 understands the delays in the project were caused by inclement weather, infrastructure instillation by utility companies, along with the Christmas and New Year’s holiday. Crewe Road however, has a long way to go.

The NRA says nothing more can be done until it is clear on whether or not to upgrade the road or o widen and extend the turning lane it has already begun working on.
