Buttrum family won’t give give up

The Buttrum Family suffered a great loss when their home of two decades had been burnt down in six minutes.

Not having insurance, Alwin Buttrum and his family took it upon themselves to re-build the house with all materials donated from various organsations.

“The night the house burnt down we were all depressed and everything, and then we turned it around and made it a positive thing from a negative thing and just said we got to get the house built back we don’t want to sit down and grieve about it, we just came out, community came out and helped us. Here we are now and we are still going, we work every day that we can, sometimes in the night we work till late, you know. We don’t plan to stop until its finished. ” said Mr. Buttrum.
Anyone willing to help the family with time, or supplies, can call Mr. Buttrum: 927-3886
