A man appears in court this morning accused of possession of an imitation firearm, threats to kill, and assault.
Joshua Ebanks, who’s also known as Patchy, was arrested last Friday (6 February) after an alleged incident in George Town.
During a bail application, prosecution solicitor Ken Ferguson said Mr. Ebanks had been part of a car chase and had made threats to a woman.
But his defence lawyer, Amelia Fosuhene, said at the time of the alleged assault, Mr. Ebanks was at the George Town police station, waiting to see his brother on an unrelated matter.
23-year-old Mr. Ebanks was remanded in custody until 16 February.
