Perpetual development the plan for Dart’s decade ahead

The projects never seem to stop for Dart Realty. In fact, continual development and continual projects are its plan for the next decade.

Dart Realty COO Jackie Doak told Cayman 27 when one building is finished, it’s on to the next one, and then the planning begins for the one after that.

She said the demand for commercial space isn’t just driven by businesses relocating or expanding to Camana Bay.
“We’re also seeing new businesses coming to the island, so really the economic growth and continued development is just a positive indicator both for the island as a jurisdiction and for the confidence that we and others have in the Cayman Islands,” said Ms. Doak.

Dart said it has had to accelerate its plans to build a new building next to the newly-completed 18 Forum Lane to meet demand for commercial space.
