Umpire OKs Narine’s action

Sunil Narine’s bowling action is legal, according to those watching him play domestic matches.

The bowler was suspended last year by the ICC for having an illegal bowling action.

He received clearance from officials in Trinidad and Tobago over the weekend, who said his action looked legal.

He has been selected for the Windies’ squad heading to the World T20 tournament but he hasn’t been cleared to play there yet.

He has to undergo several tests before that can happen.
