An internship focused on finance is available. The National Workforce Development Agency (NWDA) has partnered with Prosperity Capital Limited, and investment fund management company, to create the post.
The successful applicant will assist with various accounting procedures, data entry, and provide assistance to senior fiance staff as required. Kisha Stewart is the outgoing intern for Prosperity Capital. She says her internships has been “a rewarding experience” that helped her grow, learn how to network and get insight into accounting practices and procedures in the Cayman Islands. She goes on to say that she was able to apply what she learned on the job into her studies. Miss Stewart will complete her Bachelors this July, and then move on to pursue her MBA in the fall.
Prospective candidates will need to commit 20 hours a week, for a period of at least three month. Prosperity Capital is seeking students currently studying fiance or accounting on island and will work within the student’s course schedule.
The deadline for the application is 18 March. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more.
