Legends show they’ve still got it (again)

Some of Cayman’s former National football team legends came out over the weekend to show they’ve still got it.

It was the re-match of the legends game played last month, a fundraiser for the Hope 4 Today Foundation. While the match was played for a bigger purpose, the players said it was nice to get out and show they’ve still got it.

“I feel proud and happy, man,” George Town Coach Lloyd Ramoon said. “A bunch of old men coming together to have a great time, enjoy we self, drink some beers and eat some food after. That’s the best thing in football now when you get this age. Play with your teammates, ex-teammates and have a good time.”

Much like the first matchup, George Town won the re-match as well. This time the game ended in a 4-2 final.
