The liver is one of the largest, and most important organs is the body. It has the job of cleaning out toxins and waster, as well as break down fat with the help of the gallbladder. Our body can’t have healthy digestion, clean blood, healthy metabolism or balanced hormones without a proper functioning liver.Nutritionist Andrea Hill says there are foods you can eat to support a healthy liver.

Leafy green offer a high dose of antioxidants. Dandelion, and other bitter greens stimulate detoxifying enzymes. Grasses are a great source of chlorophyll, which helps to raise antioxidant levels.
Raw honey and coconut are antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti fungal. They both help to reduce inflammation. Match green tea can also help raise antioxidants which also reduces inflammation.
Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli raise a digestive enzyme called glucosamine, which helps the liver get rid of carcinogens and heavy metals.
Apple cider vinegar helps to balance the body’s pH levels. Chronic tired organs often become inflamed, because of acidity. Fermented foods can also help balance the pH level in your body.
