Mashing the brakes on illegal riding

Finding a solution to illegal dirt bikes on the Cayman’s road, is proving to be no quick fix or easy task.

Royal Cayman Islands Police Chief Superintendent Kurt Walton  says an outright ban on the importation of dirt bikes is one way to help curb the problem but that is not the only solution, nor would it be a permanent solution.

He joins Cayman 27’s Pat Kreitlow, to break down the dynamics behind the problems as well as what steps are being taken to help address the issue.
