Cayman stands its ground on public registry position

The Cayman Islands has stood up to the mother country and persisted with its “no” to a public registry of beneficial ownership.

It appears we won this round, with the UK accepting a centralised platform to which its authorities have access. Cayman Finance member Mark Lewis explains the importance of this acceptance by Britain.
