CIFA goes digital

The Cayman Islands Football Association announced 15 April it is making some major technological advancements.

CIFA over the past few weeks has installed a new network server at its Prospect-based headquarters, according to a press release.

CIFA says it’ll allow all documents to be filled in a central location and be viewed by multiple users, as well as access hardware wirelessly.

Dedicated CIFA e-mail addresses will be in place early next week, CIFA believes, and the domestic football governing body says it plans to scan and electronically file all of its hard copy documents.
