Superintendents to leave RCIPS

Two senior police officers have announced they will be leaving the RCIPS.

Superintendents Robert Scotland and Mike Cranswick will leave in the coming months.

Mr. Scotland will leave in May and his colleague at the end of June.

Commissioner of Police David Baines thanked the pair for their service, adding, “The contributions of both Mr. Cranswick and Mr. Scotland to the RCIPS have been substantial and they will be missed.”

A recruitment drive is underway to fill both positions.
