Academy still has chance to advance in CAL Youth Cup

Cayman’s Academy SC Select remains in contention to advance to the semifinals of the Cayman Airways Youth Football Cup.

Academy drew 2-2 with IMG Academy 12 May, getting goals from Jondane Dawkins and Rohelio Wright.

Academy drew in its first matchup as well. While the Seattle Sounders have already clinched the group title, Cayman could still advance to the final four with a good showing versus the Sounders as the best group runner-up advances as well.

The Sounders and Academy play at 8 p.m. 13 May at Ed Bush Field.
