Cayman Cricket action heats up

Cayman Cricket leagues were back in action over the weekend.

In the Elite Twenty20 mini-final, Conroy Wright smashed an unbeaten 44 and Deno McInnis added 35 to lead Renegades to the win. Paul Manning had a game-high 69 runs for Police while Abali Hoilett added an unbeaten 24 in the losing effort.

In Super League play, Paramount topped Greenies with a 10-wicket win.

In the Advanced League, Bruce Jalim’s century led Schools to a 52-run victory over Chillies. Dave Holness added 56.

Also over the weekend, an exhibition between Cayman Masters X1 and Youth Cayman Select X1. While no score was provided, Cayman 27 cameras captured several impressive wickets taken by youth select bowlers like Shane Logan, Revaughn Johnson and Gregory Smith. Click on the video for highlights.
