Feline fine

With hundreds of dogs and cats to care for, the Cayman Islands Humane Society is constantly battling with the need for space. Kids from Destination Imagination saw their plight and decided to help raise some much needed funds to buy new cages.

The group held a talent show during which they sang their own parody of ‘Who Let the Dogs Out’. In the end they were able to raise more than $300 dollars to buy the cages. In doing so they raised enough for a separate event which will see them off to Tennessee.

But their efforts aren’t done yet, they will be holding a boot sale tomorrow (May 14) at Royal Palms to help raise money for the trip.
