Brian Martin helps the Royals to their first win of the season

Brian Martin scored two goals over the weekend to lead the Warner University Royals to their first win of the season. Martin scored the first goal for the Royals in the 22nd minute and followed up with another in the 80th minute, wining 4-1.

Mitchum Sanford, Head of Sports in the Sister Islands says, “He [Brian Martin] is like a utility player, they will put him in different places because he has the ability to play in different positions. For the last few seasons he has been playing in defense. The season has not been going to well for Warner, so they needed some goals so they decided to give him an opportunity and let him go forward and sure enough Brian has three goals in four games.”

Martin is set to graduate from the Florida-based university in December and will return home to play for the Cayman Brac Football Club.
