Zika town hall meetings resume Tuesday

Public Health officials want the public to stay informed about the Zika virus.

Its resumed its series of town hall meetings Tuesday at Bodden Town Civic Centre.

Doctors, public health officials, and the MRCU were on hand with the latest info on the outbreak right here on our shores.

At last count, the country has recorded 28 lab-confirmed cases of the disease. Two pregnant women are among the infected.

  • Zika town hall schedule:
  • – 25 October – John A Cumber Primary – 5:30pm
  • – 1 November – North Side Civic Centre – 5:30pm
  • – 8 November – East End Civic Centre – 5:30pm
