Andy Murray looks to seal World Tour Finals semi-final place

The world’s new number, Andy Murray defeated Japan’s Kei Nishikori at the ATP World Tour Finals in London, England.

Murray had to dig deep to outlast Nishikori in a 5 set marathon that lasted 3 hours and 20 minutes with the 1st set lasting 85 minutes.

Murray, who now has two group wins will face a tough challenge in the final round robin match against the world’s number three ranked Swiss player, Stan Wawrinka.

Murray must take a set off the Swiss to ensure a semi-final place. Murray needs to qualify for the last four to maintain his hopes of ending 2016 as the world number one ahead of rival, Novak Djokovic.
