The greatest Olympian of all-time has decided to call it a career. United States swimmer Michael Phelps retires from the sport after removing his name from the drug-testing pool. Phelps walks away as the most successful athlete in Olympic history tallying 23 gold medals and 8 world records with 28 total medals since the beginning of his competitive career at the Sydney Olympics in 2000.
