Security Centre responds to lawsuit

The Security Centre CEO Stuart Bostock says his attorneys will be responding to the lawsuit filed this month by Adrien Briggs against the security provider and its subsidiary company Safeguard Security Services.
Mr Bostock, via email, sought to clear the air on the winding up petition naming Security Centre and Safeguard.

Now Mr Bostock says the petition was filed by Mr Briggs a minority shareholder in Safeguard Security Services Limited seeking to have his shares in that company bought out by The Security Centre Limited, the 60 percent shareholder.
Mr Briggs wants Safeguard Security Services Limited wound up in the absence of that buyout.
Mr Bostock says Safeguard Security Services Ltd has no impact on the Security Centre Ltd’s group of companies and the services provided to its clients and customers.
