Tripadvisor’s Animal Policy

Starting in 2017, Trip Advisor will no longer sell tickets on their website for tourist attractions that have endangered animals, a change that includes dolphin attractions here.

The online travel website and its booking service, will stop selling tickets to attractions worldwide where people interact with wild or endangered species.
Animal activist groups consulted with the travel site to put new initiative in place.
One example is swimming with Dolphins, which likely means no more trip advisor bookings for Dolphin Discovery and Dolphin Cove, here.
The travel sites will still offer information about the tours, but instead of bookings, the sites will feature what animal activists say about the tours, instead.
We reached out to Dolphin Discovery, which owns both sites, and have yet heard anything back.
