ICO fires back at Premier Office

The stand-off between the Information Commissioner’s Office and the Premier’s Office over the Ritch immigration report heads to court.

The Chief Justice, according to the ICO, is being asked to consider the failure of the Premier’s Office to obey the Commissioner’s order to hand over the report a contempt of court.
