Morgan’s strong start

Bodden Town’s Pearl Morgan, now of Central Methodist University in Fayette Missouri, landed two top 3 finishes at the 2017 snow-bird open at Illinois College. Morgan finishes 2nd in the women’s 200 meter with a time of 26.53, only .24 seconds behind the eventual winner. Morgan also placed third in the women’s 400-meter with a time of 1:01.36. With her finishes, the freshman track star will now go onto compete at the nationals in the 400 meters.

It was a role with the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats that provided him with a platform to merge his best attributes: sports knowledge and personality.
