Byles weighs in on BO registry decision in House of Lords

The UK’s Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering amendment forcing Cayman and other Overseas Territories to create public registries of beneficial owners here by 2020 has been approved in the House of Lords. Tonight (22 May) Chamber of Commerce President Paul Byles joined Cayman 27’s Kevin Morales and Dr. Taylor Burrowes to discuss this latest development.
