Dept. Public Safety Communications launches 17 investigations over 4 years

Unprofessional conduct, lack knowledge of Cayman’s geography and poor customer interactions were some of the infringements that triggered 17 internal investigations at the Department of Public Safety Communications. Those investigations happened over a four year period. The information came to light through a Cayman 27 Freedom of Information request.
