A 30-year-old West Bay man who loitered and peered into the windows at an apartment complex last week in West Bay was sentenced to 40 hours of community service today (28 May.)
Bryan Ebanks appeared in Summary Court where he pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing charges. It’s in relation to an incident on the morning of Thursday 24 May. Police said they responded to a report of a man loitering and acting suspiciously at the rear of an apartment complex on North West Point Road, West Bay. The man was seen walking onto the patios and peering into the windows of some of the units before leaving.
He was located shortly afterward and arrested.
