Three men accused of illegal landing, importation of drugs and importation of illegal firearm plead not guilty to their charges in Grand Court on Friday (25 May.)
Andrew Folkes, Charles Rose and Marvin Brown entered their pleas in front of Justice Carlisle Greaves. They were arrested following a 14 March incident where they are accused of entering Cayman illegally with over 500 pounds of ganja.
A trial for the trio has been set for 10 September. It’s expected to run for 5 days. All three men were denied bail and will be kept in custody at the Northward prison until their trial begins.
