Public Management and Finance Law amendments due before House

Finance Minister Hon. Roy McTaggart said the third and final set of amendments to the Public Management and Finance Law are due to come before the House.

But the Minister said the timing was still up in the air.

“We are looking at rolling out the final set of amendments… that came out of a review I chaired back in 2014/2015 and we’ve done two amendments and a third and final set of amendments are due to be worked on and brought to the House,” Mr. McTaggart said.

He added: “Timing’s up in the air, but it’s on our radar screen.”

Other amendments to the Public Management and Finance Law have already seen the Ministry switch to two-year budget cycles.
