It is nearing one month since a prisoner lit a fire inside his prison cell triggering an alert within the prison walls and we are still awaiting the findings of a probe into the incident.
The incident happened back on 11 October.
An inmate had lit a small fire within his cell.
He was the sole occupant at the time.
The fire was extinguished by prison staff and the prisoner was treated for smoke inhalation.
After the incident Director of Prisons, Steve Barrett said an internal prison service review would be conducted.
Prison officials said that review is still ongoing.
