St. Ignatius new “Talk for Writing” exhibition

On Thursday (7 February) St Ignatius Catholic School opened a new exhibition initiative called “Talk for Writing.”

The exhibition showcased stories written from all primary school students at St Ignatius, it also featured a slideshow created by the students. Primary literacy co-ordinator Katherine Johnson said it’s about recognizing the students and their talents.

“This is our first ever writing exhibition at St. Ignatius, it’s a time for us to highlight the excitement, the importance of writing for the children, their peers as well as the community and the parents involvement. We just wanna showcase what a wonderful job the children have been doing with their writing,” said Ms. Johnson.
