Connolly welcomed to the other side of the LA

The Deputy Leader of the Opposition Bernie Bush is welcoming MLA Winston Connolly to his side of the floor with open arms.

Mr. Connolly announce he would no longer hold caucus with the Progressive’s Administration yesterday (January 19). Mr Bush said things may become even more complicated for the following his departure form the government.

During an interview with Cayman 27 Mr. Bush said,”To me we all have our consciences to follow.” He added, ” Winston will always eventually follow his own mind and his conscience, he is not going to be led blindly, both of us have that in common.”

Mr. Connolly’s move is the latest in a series of shifts in the LA. Last year Bodden Town MLAs Anthony Eden, and Alva Suckoo both left the Progressive’s fold, while former independent Candidate Roy Mctaggart joined PPM.
