5 Cubans sent back home

On Thursday (18 February), the Department of Immigration repatriated five Cuban migrants to Havana.

The group consisted of four men and one woman, who had been housed at the Immigration Detention Center (IDC), as well as the Bodden Town and East End Civic Centres.

One hundred and thirty Cuban migrants remain in custody on island.
