Butler breaks records

Caymanain Swimmer Lara Butler has new CIASA National Record. She threw down a time of 59.46 seconds at in the 100m Freestyle. But that was not the only record that Butler would broke at the British Universities Swim Meet.

She also set a new life time ebst in the women’s open 200m butterfly  with a time of  2:17.50. She was able to claim 3 place, during the event and was beaten out by team mate Charlotte Atkinson and Shauntelle Austin, who took 1st and 2nd respectively. The previous record stood for more than a decade and was set back in 2004.
