Scholars goes winless at CFU Club Championship

Defending Cayman Islands Football Association Premier League champion Scholars International is out at the Caribbean Football Union Club Championship.

Scholars lost its group finale on Friday (11 March) 6-0 to defending tournament champion Central FC, of Trinidad and Tobago.

Scholars finished the tournament 0-2 and was outscored 10-0.

Central won the group and advances to the next round while host club Montego Bay United finished second.

In the semifinals, Trinidad and Tobago’s W-Connection plays Jamaica’s Arnett Gardens while Central plays Haiti’s Don Boscoe.
