Cayman and the Bahamas will square off at the Truman Bodden Sports complex tomorrow (May 21) for a NACRA qualifier match. Last year when Cayman took on Mexico they lost by a near margin. Former National Coach Tim Rossiter was on Let’s Talk Sport, during an live interview with Host Kevin Morales, he said there were several minor mistakes that Cayman’s ruggers made that cost them a shot at qualifying last year. One year later they have learned from those mistakes and plan to build upon them going forward.

He said, “The score probably doesn’t suggest it, but the game was a lot closer than people would have imagined. We did a post season review, we use a lot of emphasis and break down. The game plan has been simplified and really an emphasis working as a team and we needed to play a lot more games in advance.”
