Danger on the roads

The sister islands conjure for many visions of peace and tranquility in a tropical paradise, but for populations of endangered sister islands rock iguanas, that paradise is turning into a virtual kill zone…especially along the roadways that ring both Little Cayman and Cayman Brac.

Joining Cayman 27’s Tammi Sulliman to talk more about the myriad of dangers that these reptiles face from automobiles and other man made threats is the DOE terrestrial research officer, Jane Haakensson.
