Are some people committing Facebook family fraud? Miriam Foster of the Family Resource Centre (FRC) says the advent of social media has helped to perpetuate the notion of perfect families, when that might not be the case.

She said, “We need to admit to one another that our families are not these face book families that we put the high light reel of.”  She added, “I think these Facebook and social media site can perpetuate the idea that families are perfect and they are not, they are full of imperfections.”

Mrs. Foster says in turn other people feel isolated when they see Facebook Family perfection. The FRC is currently holding a week long family activity challenge, for more information click here.
