The Information and Communications Technology Authority (ICTA) said investigations are still ongoing where telecommunications provider cable and wireless is concerned.

Interim C.E.O for Flow Victor Salgado, with whom the authority has met several times over the past few weeks,  has been appointed.

ICTA said it hopes to continue a positive working relationship with Flow and said the issue came to a head after it was discovered there were irregularities over at Cable and Wireless Cayman Islands, which is the parent company of Flow. There were concerns over the legal status of staff to be in the Cayman Islands.
