Bodden Town Library renamed

Bodden Town Library has been renamed after Vernon L. Jackson, OBE, JP for his years of dedication to the community through the church and the Rotary club.

Flanked by his family, Mr. Jackson was there at the naming ceremony on Saturday. The premier and other community leaders, including Bodden Town MLA and Community Affairs Minister Hon. Osbourne Bodden paid tributes to Mr. Jackson.

Opposition Leader Hon. McKeeva Bush took to social media saying he was proud the library was named in Mr. Jackson’s honour.
