It was England versus Jamaica Saturday (25 June) in both the third-place and the championship match of the Cayman Airways Under-14 Invitational Youth Cup.

Cavalier won the tournament title by upsetting English giant Tottenham Hotspur, 2-0. Shanthamoi Brown scored what would be the winner in the fifth minute to stake Cavalier to an early lead. Dwayne Attkinson added another in the second half to clinch the win for the Jamaican side.

Brown was named tournament Most Valuable Player after leading the competition in goals scored.

In the third-place match, Gillingham and Harbour View FC went to a penalty shootout after playing 90-plus scoreless minutes. There, Gillingham hit all five of its attempts to clinch the win.
