Dart Realty said it’s acquiring a popular resort and restaurant on Little Cayman.

Dart told Cayman 27 it has agreed to buy Paradise Villas and the Hungry Iguana restaurant.

Dart said it has no immediate plans for Paradise Villas, but says it will explore sustainable options keeping in character with Little Cayman’s unique charm.

Dart said it has already met with employees of the hotel, which closes for its annual shutdown in August.

The Hungry Iguana will remain open.
