The family of the young woman who died here last week, is having to raise money to pay for medical bills and to have her body repatriated to the US.
Christina Spradling-Earls, 29, was pulled from the water in East End, near Morritts Resort, last Friday (27 May) evening.
She was visiting with her husband of two weeks and his family.
Now a fund has been set up online, to raise (US) $20,000 to bring Christina’s body home and pay for the medical cost incurred while she was here.
So far, a little over $6,000 has been raised.
