A financial expert appears in court, accused of stealing thousands of dollars.
For the first time since he was charged last week Robert Aspinall has seen the inside of a court room, standing in the dock facing theft and forgery charges.
Wednesday’s (22 June) appearance was brief, lasted just a few minutes, before the case was adjourned until next week.
Then he’s expected to be sent to the Grand Court, where charges this serious in nature, have to be dealt with.
In total, he’s been charged with two counts of theft, two of forgery, false accounting and nine counts related to the transferring of and using criminal property.
