In the words of Thomas J. Watson, to increase your success rate, you have to double your failure rate.

As Rotaract district conference 7020 continues, Rotaractors from around the Caribbean use this gathering to talk shop about community projects and plans. From the failures, to the successes, President of the Grand Turk Rotaract Club shares with us a success story.
“Since we did a soup kitchen, many persons will say we are always dealing with the elderly, however, we thought we would just give them some soup on a Saturday, and what had happened is that we realized that it really touched many of the lives of the elderly persons in our community, so therefore we realized this issue or this community service project is so important to them and it’s blessing their heart,” said President of the Rotaract Club of Grand Turk.

The Rotaract district conference happens every year as a chance to train the upcoming board of directors and for Rotaractors around the region to met each other.
