Cayman fills leaderboard at Caribbean junior golf championships

Two Cayman Islands golfers finish Tuesday (5 July) top three on the leaderboard at the 2016 Caribbean Amateur Junior Golf Championships.

Justin Hastings shot a 1-under-par 71 to finish the first round in second place overall while teammate Aaron Jarvis sits in third place after carding a 2-over-par 74 through the first 18 holes.

Andrew Jarvis finishes day one tied for 21st with a 9-over 81. Joe Ribbins is tied for 60th thus far while Joe Purton is tied for 71st and Holly McLean is tied for 78th.

The second round of the tournament tees off Wednesday morning (6 July) at the Barbados Golf Club.
